All fees tax claimable
For this option, we will:
- Let the property to a suitable tenant on your behalf
- Complete the lease
- Set up a standing order with the tenant, with rent paid directly into your bank account
- Complete the RTB (PRTB) registration on your behalf (fee payable by you)
- Complete a full inventory list
- Transfer ESB, gas, and water bills into the tenant’s name
- Provide a full tenant pack including copies of ID, references, etc.
- Transfer the first month’s rent and deposit (less our fee) to your bank account
- Email you a full remittance with a breakdown of income and expenditure, along with a complete move-in pack for your records
Managed Option
A Managed service is where our office lets and manages your property on your behalf, meaning you will have no direct contact with the tenant.
Our fee: 8% + VAT
For this option, we will:
- Let the property to a suitable tenant
- Complete the lease
- Set up a standing order with the tenant, with rent paid into our client account
- Track rental payments monthly and transfer rent to your bank account
- Follow up on any missed payments on your behalf
- Email you a monthly remittance with a full breakdown of income and expenditure
- Complete the RTB (PRTB) registration on your behalf (fee payable by you)
- Complete a full inventory list
- Transfer ESB, gas, and water bills into the tenant’s name
- Act as the sole point of contact for tenants
- Arrange repairs using our trusted tradespeople, or liaise with you if you prefer to handle matters yourself
- Deduct our management fee monthly (no upfront payment required)
