Viewings & tenant selection

Our team manages all enquiries and conducts viewings on your behalf. We carefully assess prospective tenants and present only suitable candidates for your final approval, ensuring a smooth and secure letting process.

Tenant referencing & approval

Once a tenant is selected, we carry out thorough referencing and background checks to ensure reliability and suitability. We then guide you through the approval process before moving forward.

Lease agreement & move-in

Once all terms are agreed, we prepare and complete all necessary documentation, including the tenancy agreement, utility setup and inventory records. We then coordinate a smooth and professional move-in process.

Ongoing management (optional)

Depending on your chosen service, we can fully manage the tenancy on your behalf. This includes rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance coordination and regular updates, ensuring a stress-free experience.

Support & compliance

We had an outstanding experience working with Bridget Anne and Ellen from the Doran Estates team while purchasing our very first home.
